Made to order policy

Each cover is handmade to order and is therefore non-returnable. If your piece arrives damaged or there’s any issue, please contact us and we’ll make it right promptly. Custom requests or changes are only honored once you’ve received a confirmation email from us. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your journal will already be in progress and we’re unable to cancel your order.
