Each Notra journal is individually handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. Please allow up to 14 business days for production and processing before shipment.

United States

• Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $50.
• Estimated transit: 1–5 business days after dispatch.

International

• $18.99 flat-rate shipping to select destinations.
• Estimated transit: 1–3 weeks after dispatch.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility unless included at checkout.

Customs inspections and import clearance may extend delivery times.

Made to Order & Final Sale

Since each journal is individually handcrafted to order, all journal sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for further details.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes: Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request an adjustment. All modifications are subject to approval and written confirmation. Changes cannot be accommodated after 24 hours.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.
